It was great to meet the team at Faith In Families Swansea to learn about the fantastic work being delivered by the Brighter Futures team.
The team work with young people across 7 schools in the Morriston area, helping them achieve their potential. 
And they've recently received a £300,000 grant from The National Lottery Community Fund to continue this vital work long into the future
